摘要
传统的举升式自卸车厢无法在高度受限的情况下完成卸载工作,为了适应薄煤层矿井低矮巷道工况的要求,开发研究了一种推卸式自卸车厢。该车厢主要由主车箱、副车箱、推板、副车箱油缸和中间推板油缸组成,主车箱、副车箱、推板依次套在一起,可以在上述两种油缸的作用下水平运动,实现物料的平推卸料。该车厢可以替代传统的举升式自卸车厢实现物料的自卸功能,满足了薄煤层煤矿矿井无轨辅助运输高效、安全的需要。该车厢还可以应用于其他不便采用传统的举升式自卸的工程领域。
The traditional lift-type self-unloading carriage cannot complete the unloading work at a limited height. In order to meet the requirements of the low-coal mine roadway conditions, a push-type self-unloading carriage is developed. The carriage consists mainly of the main carriage, the sub-carriage, the push plate, the sub-carriage cylinder and the middle push plate cylinder. The main carriage, the sub-carriage and the push plate are sequentially put together. The carriage can be horizontally moved under the action of the above two cylinders to achieve the fiat push discharge of the material. The carriage can replace the traditional lift-type self-unloading carriage to realize the self-unloading function of the material, and meet the needs of the efficient and safe transportation of the mine-free auxiliary transportation in the thin coal seam coal mine. The carriage can also be applied to other engineering fields that are inconvenient to adopt the traditional lift-type self-unloading, and is of great significance to the specialization and diversification of constructionm- achinery.
