摘要
螺钉体积较小,数量多,要实现其分料、定位、拾取、锁紧难度较大,特别是带有V字形垫片的螺钉在装配过程中,由于带V字形垫片螺钉本身结构因数导致自动化装配更难以实现。提供一种多轴用于带V字形垫片螺钉分料、定位、拾取与锁紧装置的设计;该装置可以快速连续实现多轴用于带V字形垫片螺钉分料和定位,提高自动化作业效率。
It is difficult to achieve the separation, positioning, picking and locking of small volume and large number of screws. Especially the screws with V-shaped gasket are more difficult to realize in the assembly process due to their own structural factors. This paper provides a multi-axis design for separating, positioning, picking and locking devices with V- shaped spacer screws. This device can quickly and continuously realize multi-axis separating and positioning screws with V-shaped gasket screw to improve automation efficiency.
