摘要
核电大型结构模块工件在焊接和运输过程中需要进行多次翻转。文中设计一种可以实现90°/180°翻转的大型重载翻转装置,论述了翻转原理和本翻转机的部分设计。对翻转机的部分构件进行理论力学分析和有限元分析。
Nuclear power large-scale structural module workpieces need to be turned over many times during welding and transportation. A large-scale heavy-duty turnover device that can be turned over 90°/180°is designed. The turnover principle and some components design of this turnover device are discussed. Theoretical mechanics analysis and finite element analysis are performed on some components of the turnover device.
