摘要
某型号天线罩为典型的薄壁壳类零件,原材料为聚酰亚胺(PI)树脂基复合材料,传统薄壁类零件加工方法容易导致该材料边缘产生崩裂,且加工变形量较大,废品率较高。文中研究了该零件的力学性能,改进了加工工艺,有效提高了该零件合格率。
A type of radome is a typical thin-walled shell part. The raw material is polyimide (PI) resin-based composite material. The traditional thin-walled parts processing method easily leads to cracking of the edge of the material, and the processing deformation is large. The serap rate is higher. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the part are studied, the processing technology is improved, and the qualification rate of the part is effectively improved.
