摘要
随着环保要求的不断提高,煤层气田采出水收集处理成为煤层气田地面工程建设和生产运行不可忽视的重要环节。本文主要针对长治煤层气田采出水处理工艺技术,分析了煤层气田的井口参数、建设成本和生产运行等因素,综合建设和运行成本控制,对非金属管材在煤层气田低压集水系统的应用,进行了技术和经济比较,提出PVC管材在长治煤层气田地面工程集水系统中的成功应用具有一定的借鉴和示范作用。
With highly qualified requirements of environmental protection, produced water collection and treatment have been an important link to coalbed gas field engineering constructions and production operation. The paper analyzed well head parameters, construction costs and production operation regarding produced water treatment technology applied in Changzhi coalbed gas field. Additionally, the analysis also looked at construction cost and operating cost to non-metallic pipe applied in low pressure produced water collecting system in coalbed gas field. The application of PVC pipes may be as a reference to be used for catchment system.
