摘要 为了提高氯氧化铋珠光浆的耐候性,以硝酸铋为原料,采用水解法制备出片状正方形BiOCl晶体,并对其表面进行耐候性处理,然后将其分散于树脂中,进行喷板和耐候性测试。结果表明,表面活性剂和反应时间对BiOCl晶体的形貌有重要影响。通过表面活性剂控制晶体的二维生长,在反应时间为200min的条件下合成出大小约为15μm左右的表面光滑的片状正方形BiOCl晶体。并且研究了硝酸铈对耐候性的影响,发现在pH值为7的情况下在BiOCl表面包覆3%的氢氧化铈,制得的样品光泽度高,耐候性最好。 Flaky and square bismuth oxychloride was prepared by hydrolysis method with bismuth nitrate as raw material. The crystal was treated by cerium hydroxide in order to improve the weatherability of bismuth oxychloride pearly slurry. The results indicated that the surfactant and reaction time had significant influence on the morphology of BiOCl. Smooth and square bismuth oxychloride with the size of 15μm could be prepared at the reaction time of 120 min in the presence of suitable surfactant. The effect on the weathering resistance was also investigated; it was found that the luster was high and the weathering resistance was improved when the surface of BiOCl crystal was treated by 3% of cerium hydroxide.
