在我国经济发展"三期叠加"新常态下,农民工市民化成为统筹城乡发展的重要课题,成为推进以人为本新型城镇化的首要任务。要深刻认识农民工市民化的重要性和紧迫性,科学分析造成农民工权益保障缺失的成因,及推进农民工市民化面临的重点难题,为有效解决相关问题理清思路、找准原因。应努力为将广大农民工培养成为产业工人创造条件,营造劳动法治环境和城乡一体化发展的社会氛围。

Under the new normal of the economic development, migrant workers urbanization is the key issue in balancing urban and rural development and a primary task for new urbanization. Trade Union in all levels should know the importance and urgency of migrant workers urbanization, analysis the lack of interest protection, face the difficulty, clear thought for solving relevant problem, create education and legal environment for training migrant worker into industry worker, and integrated urban-rural development.
