单片机1-Wire总线原理与EEPROM读写方法

Principle of 1-Wire Bus and Reading and Writing Method of EEPROM

用K20系列的单片机I/O接口读写1-Wire总线EEPROM。简单介绍了1-Wire原理、通信协议,并对DS28E04的操作时序做了描述。用单片机I/O接口控制1-Wire EEPROM,线路简单、硬件开销少、成本低廉,软件对复位、写1位、写0位和读位4种操作的时序正确即可实现读写EEPROM。

In the paper,the I/O port of K20 series MCU is used to read and write 1Wire bus EEPROM.The principle and communication protocol of 1Wire are briefly introduced,and the operation sequence of DS28E04 is described.Using I/O port to control the 1Wire EEPROM line is simple,the hardware cost is less and the cost is low.If all of the four operation time sequence about reset,writing 1 bit,writing 0 bit and reading bit are correct,we can realize reading and writing EEPROM.
