摘要 为了提升不具备EDAC功能的星载计算机SRAM在太空中的抗辐射加固能力,提出了一种应急模式与常规模式相结合,硬件检测与软件维护互补的星载SRAM单粒子翻转故障检测和故障恢复方案。该方案具有自主、灵活切换防护模式和维护步进,快速响应故障恢复请求,多级防护共存的特点。另外,本文还介绍了基于活动对象模型的防护加固软件架构实现,并通过仿真实验数据证明了本设计方案的可行性和有效性。 In order to improve the antiradiation reinforcement ability of SRAM of onboard computer which has not EDAC module,a strategy of detecting and recovering the single particle flip fault is proposed.The strategy combines emergency mode and conventional mode,hardware detection and software refresh can autonomously switch protection mode and flexibility change detection step length,and quickly response to fault recovery requests.One of the most important characteristic of the strategy is the twolevel coexistence feature.The software architecture is based on the active object model.The simulation experimental data shows that the design is feasibility and effectiveness.
