ZYNQ平台的电力电缆及隧道区域采集控制单元设计

摘要 针对当前高压电缆隧道本体及环境监测装置需求的不断提升,提出了一种电力电缆及隧道区域采集控制单元的设计方案。该方案以嵌入式、小型化、就地化为设计理念,选用Xilinx的可扩展处理平台ZYNQ-7000系列芯片,集成了ARM嵌入式处理器和FPGA等性能,它在功耗、成本、处理速度和可扩展性方面满足设计需求[1]。本文从硬件和软件两方面详细介绍了区域采集控制通信单元总体功能架构、组网方式以及设计方案。试验结果表明,该方案能有效实现电缆本体监测装置的接入及隧道环境监测功能,满足高压电缆隧道本体及环境监测的工程应用需求。 In view of the increasing demand of the current high voltage cable tunnel body and environmental monitoring device,a design scheme of power cable and tunnel area acquisition control unit is proposed.Considering the embedded,miniaturization,onsite to design idea,the Xilinx extensible processing platform ZYNQ7000 series chip is selected,which integrates with the ARM embedded processor and FPGA.The performance,power consumption,cost,processing speed and scalability can well meet the design needs.The overall functional architecture,networking mode and design scheme of the regional acquisition and control communication unit from the aspects of hardware and software are introduced.The experiment results show that this scheme can effectively realize the access of the cable body monitoring device and the monitoring function of tunnel environment,and meet the engineering application requirements of the high voltage cable tunnel body and environmental monitoring.
