电子预约系统在输液治疗中应用效果评价

Application of Electronic Reservation System in Infusion Therapy

目的探讨电子预约系统在输液中心的应用效果。方法 2017年5-6月,充分利用信息化智能手段,采用电子预约系统为连续2日及以上门急诊输液患者提供分时预约服务,解决门急诊输液患者现场等候时间长的问题。比较预约(2017年5-6月)和非预约(2016年6-7月)服务下患者现场等候时间、患者满意率。结果采用电子预约后,患者输液前现场等候时间为(5.20±3.90)min,与非预约患者[(24.04±6.15)min]相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且采用电子预约后患者的满意率为97.7%,亦高于非预约患者的83.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电子预约系统可缩短输液患者现场等候时间,缓解输液中心高峰时段拥堵现象,改善输液环境和患者就医体验,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the application of electronic reservation system in infusion therapy. Methods By using electronic reservation system to provide time-sharing reservation service to outpatient and emergency patients that needed treatment for two or more consecutive days.The waiting time and the degree of satisfaction between the patients with reservation （from May to June 2017） and those without reservation （from June to July 2016） were compared. Results After using electronic reservation,the waiting time before patients received infusion therapy was （5.20±3.90） min,which was significantly different from that of non-appointed patients [（24.04±6. 15） min ]（ P 〈 0.01）.The satisfaction rate of patients with electronic reservation was 97.7%,which was higher than that of patients without electronic reservation （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Electronic reservation system can shorten the waiting time of infusion patients,alleviate the crowd congestion in the infusion center,improve the environment and patients’ experience,thus improve patients’ satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion .
