血液透析与结肠透析结合对尿毒症患者相关蛋白水平及炎性因子水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨血液透析与结肠透析结合对尿毒症患者相关蛋白水平及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月收治的84例尿毒症患者为研究对象并进行回顾性研究,根据就诊顺序将入选者分为对照组41例和研究组43例,对照组患者给予常规的血液透析治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合结肠透析治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者CVD相关蛋白指标、肾功能指标及各炎性因子水平变化。结果治疗前后对照组患者的Hcy、IS、PCS及β2-MG水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组患者治疗后Hcy、IS、PCS及β2-MG水平较治疗前及与对照组比较均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后两组Cr、BUN及UA水平均无明显变化,组内及组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各炎症因子水平较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组优于对照组,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血液透析与结肠透析结合可有效降低CVD相关蛋白及炎性因子水平,且不影响肾功能,在尿毒症治疗中具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore influence of hemodialysis combined with colon dialysis on associated proteins levels and inflammatory factors in the treatment of uremia. Methods 84 patients with uremia were selected as the subjects and conducted retrospective studies from January 2015 to January 2018. According to the order of treatment, all patients were divided into control group of 41 cases and study group of 43 cases. The control group were treated with conventional hemodialysis, the experimental group on the basis of this combination of colon dialysis. The CVD-related protein indicators, kidney function and inflammatory factor levels changing before and after treatment between two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in Hcy, IS, PCS and β2-MG levels of the control group before and after treatment ( P 〉0.05). The Hcy, IS, PCS and β2-MG levels of the study group were significantly reduced than before treatment and the control group( P 〈0.05). Before and after treatment, Cr, BUN and UA levels of the two groups were obviously change, there was no statistical difference between two groups and within two groups ( P 〉0.05). After treatment, inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were significantly reduced than before treatment, and the experimental group were obviously better than the control group, and there was significant difference ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with colon dialysis in the treatment of uremia can effectively improve on CVD-related protein and inflammatory factor levels, and don t affect kidney function, which has important value.
