摘要
选用石英粉为耐火骨料 ,酸式磷酸盐为粘结剂 ,通过正交试验确定了铸铁件消失模水基涂料的最佳配比。经测试和生产验证 ,其性能良好 。
The optimum mixing ratio of a water based coating for investment castings is established through orthogonal experiments,in which quarty flour is used as the refractory and phosphate as the binder.It is proved from testing and production that the newly developed coating functions are good and meet requirements satisfactorily for production.
