PBL教学法在中医院慢性肾脏病规范化培训中的应用

The Application of PBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of CKD in Chinese Medicine Hospital

慢性肾脏病是危害全球健康的疾病,在我国患病率高而治疗率低,主要因广大基层临床医生对该病认识不足。慢性肾脏病多无特异性临床表现,病机却复杂多样,中西医治疗因病机的不同存在较大差异,以往的临床教学效果不佳,因存在医学生基础与临床知识薄弱、中医书本相关内容与临床结合不紧密、传统讲解理解困难等弊端,使刚进入临床的住院医师学习及诊治慢性肾脏病较为困难。我科作为住院医师规范化培训基地的中医肾脏病科室,注重改进临床教学方法,在教学查房中使用PBL教学法,提高了住院医师对慢性肾脏病的学习效率,并激发学习兴趣,开拓临床思路,培养了独立解决问题的能力,也有助于其他专业的学习。

CKD is a disease that harms global health. The prevalence rate is high and the treatment rate is low in China. CKD without specifc clinical manifestations, pathogenesis is complicated, the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment due to illness differed, previous clinical teaching effect is poor, due to the presence of medical students in basic and clinical knowledge is weak, Chinese books related content and clinical combination, the traditional explanation to understand the difficulties and other defects, so just entering clinical residency and study the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease is diffcult. Our department of Chinese medicine as a kidney disease inpatient department of medicine standardized training base, focusing on the improvement of clinical teaching methods, the use of PBL teaching method in the teaching rounds, improve the learning effciency of CKD of residents, and to stimulate interest in learning, develop clinical thinking, cultivate the independent ability to solve problems, but also help other professional learning.
