摘要
为了研究单掺纤维和混掺纤维对活性粉末混凝土抗压强度和轴向抗拉强度的影响规律,采用多因素对照试验的方法设计了4组配合比,并将混凝土试件在标准养护条件下养护14d和28d后,进行抗压强度和轴向抗拉强度试验,用来评定掺纤维的活性粉末混凝土的抗裂能力。试验结果表明:单掺聚丙乙烯纤维在一定程度上可降低活性粉末混凝土强度;而单掺钢纤维可提高活性粉末混凝土强度;混掺2种纤维与单掺钢纤维对试块强度的影响不大。
For the purpose of studying the effect of single fiber and mixed fiber on compressive strength and axial direction extension strength of activity powder concrete,we used multifactor’s compared experiments to design four mix proportion and maintain concrete sample for 14 or 28 days under standards,so as to conduct compressive strength and axial direction tensile strength test and assess crack resistance of activity powder concrete mixed with fiber.The result shows that single PP fiber can decrease activity powder concrete strength to some extent,single steel fiber can improve activity powder concrete strength,little effect is for sample strength when both two kinds of fiber are mixed together.
