摘要
水液压系统因其介质环保、安全、广泛而具有广阔的应用前景。水压柱塞泵是水液压系统核心元件,其中水压柱塞泵柱塞副设计至关重要。对柱塞滑靴副受力进行分析,发现柱塞前端受力明显比后端受力恶劣,柱塞颈部承受应力最大。因此在柱塞加工时可以在颈部和其前端通过镀膜等工艺加强其强度和耐磨性。用MATLAB软件进行柱塞与缸孔间隙的泄漏量分析,得到该泵型柱塞和缸孔的单边间隙为5~8μm为宜。要解决水压泵磨损问题,不仅要选择合适的配合间隙,更要从材料的角度出发,研究工程塑料、陶瓷材料、粉末合金等新材料性能,对于研究具有高效、大功率的水压元件具有重要意义。
The water hydraulic system has wide and broad application prospects due to its environmental protection and safety. The water hydraulic piston pump is the core element of the water hydraulic system, of which the piston design is very important for the water hydraulic piston pump. The stress analysis of the plunger piston shoe has found that the front stress of the plunger is obviously worse than that of the rear end, and the stress on the plunger neck is maximized. Therefore, the strength and wear resistance can be enhanced through the coating process at the neck and its front end during the plunger processing. The MATLAB is used to analyze the leakage of the clearance between the plunger and the cylinder hole, and the results show that the proper unilateral clearance between the plunger and the cylinder hole is 5-8 μm.In order to solve the hydraulic pump wear, it is important not only to select the suitable clearance, but also to study the performance of new materials such as engineering plastics, ceramic materials and powder alloys from the perspective of materials, which has important significance for the research of efficient and high-power water hydraulic components.
