摘要
研制出一种低噪声集成式交流伺服电机螺杆泵,伺服电机和液压螺杆泵同轴布局,通过内外花键连接。伺服电机螺杆泵具有流量脉动小、运行平稳性高、低噪声、能源利用率高等特点,对外只有2个液压接口和2个电气接口,密封少、密封可靠性高。运用ANSYS软件对电机螺杆泵底座进行强度分析,满足了设计要求。在不同转速、不同负载压力情况下,对伺服电机螺杆泵的噪声等级、输出流量进行了试验研究,分析了影响噪声及泵容积效率的主要因素。通过在泵吸油口处设置增压装置和冷却装置,可有效降低气穴噪声并提高泵的容积效率。
We made a low-noise integrated form servo motor screw pump which servo motor andhydraumatic screw pump is distributed on the same coaxial and connected by interal and outside spline. It has the advantage of low flow pulsation,stable,low noise and high efficiency of energy utilization rate with only two hydraumatic connector and only two electrical interface to outside,so little seal is with high reliable. ANSYS was used to analyze strength of electrical machine screw foundation,meeting the requirement of design. Under different revolving speed and loading pressure,noise level and output flow were studied,analyzing main actors of affecting noise and volume efficiency. Supercharging device and cooling device are equipped with in oil suction of pump to improve volume efficiency.
