闭环供应链的契约协调比较研究

Comparative Research on Contract Coordination of Closed-loop Supply Chain

文章着眼于零售商回收模式,研究分析了零售商回收模式下的闭环供应链的二部定价契约和收益共享契约对闭环供应链的协调作用。通过逆向求导法分别求出了二部定价契约和收益共享契约下闭环供应链的收益。研究发现二部契约和收益共享契约均对零售商回收模式下的闭环供应链起到了协调作用,但是二部定价契约决策下的回收转移支付要低于收益共享契约决策下的回收转移支付。再者,二部定价契约下,制造商需向支付零售商货位补贴,进而达到供应链协调;而在收益共享契约下,零售商因为从批发价和回收转移支付中获得了好处,进而使得供应链获得协调。

Based on the previous study, this paper focuses on the retailer recycling model, and analyzes the coordination effect of two-part tariff contract and benefit-sharing contract of closed-loop supply chain on the closed-loop supply chain under the retailer recycling model. The benefit of the closed-loop supply chain under two-part tariff contract and benefit-sharing contract is obtained by the reverse derivation method. It is found that all two-part tariff contracts and benefit-sharing contracts play a coordinated role in the closed-loop supply chain under the retailer recycling model, but the recycling transfer payment under the two-part tariff contract decision is lower than that of the benefit-sharing contract decision. Furthermore, under the two-part tariff contract, the manufacturers need to pay the subsidy of goods allocation to the retailers, thus achieving the supply chain coordination. Under the benefit-sharing contract, the retailers benefit from the wholesale price and the recycling transfer payment, which achieves the supply chain coordination.
