摘要
高速公路服务质量评价是寻找其运营中的薄弱环节改善综合效用的重要依据。在对高速公路交通服务质量影响因素系统分析的基础上,构建了涵盖道路状况、交通运行、交通环境以及管理系统等层面的高速公路服务质量评价体系。采用层次分析理论框架建立评价体系的指标层次结构,并结合专家咨询法确定各指标的权重。基于可扩集合理论建立高速公路服务质量物元评价模型,通过计算出各评价因子权重及关联函数,以实现高速公路服务质量的量化评估。根据2017年度重庆市内兰海高速公路的实际调查数据,对其服务质量评价进行实证研究,结果表明路面状况与结构强度指标的评估结果为"好",交通密度指标评估结果为"较好",抗滑性能与区间车速的评估结果为"一般"。
The expressway service quality evaluation is an important basis for finding the weak links in operation and improving the comprehensive effectiveness. Based on the systematic analysis of the affecting factors of expressway traffic service quality, the expressway service quality evaluation system covering road condition, traffic operation, traffic environment and management system is built. The analytical hierarchy process theory framework is used to establish the index hierarchy structure of the evaluation system, and the weight of each index is determined by the expert consultation method. The matter-element evaluation model of the expressway service quality is established on the basis of the expandable set theory, and the weight of each evaluation factor and the correlation function are calculated to realize the quantitative evaluation of the expressway service quality. According to the actual survey data of the Lanzhou-Haikou Expressway in Chongqing in 2017, the empirical study is conducted on its service quality evaluation, and the results show that the evaluation results of road condition and structural strength index are "excellent"; The evaluation results of the traffic density index are "good", and the evaluation results of anti-slide performance and interval speed are "general".
