陶瓷刚玉磨料制备相关专利技术分析

Analysis of Related Patent Technology for Preparation of Ceramic Alumina Abrasives

结合机械行业标准JB/T 12205-2015《普通磨料陶瓷刚玉》中规定的主要指标和性能,对烧结陶瓷刚玉磨料的相关专利技术进行简单介绍和分析,提出由于磨料磨具属于战略物资,而西方国家在陶瓷刚玉磨料方面的研发早于我们,其在我国申请专利并获得授权对于国内团队在陶瓷刚玉磨料研发和生产中获得专利权保护十分不利。

Combined with the main indexes and properties stipulated in JB/T 12205-2015 ＂Conventional abrasive-- Ceramic alumina＂, we briefly introduces and analyzes the patent technology of sintered corundum abrasives in this paper. And points out that abrasive and tools are strategic materials, because the western countries developed earlier than us and the foreigners have got the patent authorizations already in China , so it is very disadvantageous for our teams and individuals to apply patent protection within the same field.
