渗滤液处理厂MBR系统超滤产水通量下降的原因分析及建议 被引量:1

摘要 对某渗滤液处理厂MBR系统超滤装置产水通量下降原因进行查找和分析,根据对超滤装置进水各项指标的分析判断,认为其主要原因为餐厨废水进入系统后,其中的大分子疏水性有机物在MBR系统内不断累积导致超滤膜孔堵塞造成的不可逆污染。通过缩短超滤化学清洗周期、对餐厨废水进行预处理,可减缓膜组污染,使超滤产水通量维持在一定水平,避免继续降低。 The reasons for the decrease of water fux in the ultrafltration unit of MBR system in a leachate treatment plant were investigated and analyzed. According to the analysis of the infuent indexes of the ultrafltration unit, it was considered that the main reason was that the macromolecular hydrophobic organic compounds accumulated in the MBR system and resulted in the blockage of membrane pores after the kitchen wastewater entered the system. The irreversible pollution caused by plug. By shortening the ultrafltration chemical cleaning cycle and pretreatment of kitchen wastewater, the membrane group pollution can be alleviated, and the ultrafltration water fux can be maintained at a certain level to avoid further reduction.
