MRI在胸腰椎骨折PLC损伤中的影像特征及意义 被引量:9

摘要 胸腰椎骨折后柱韧带复合体(PLC)损伤是一种较为常见的骨科疾病,准确评价脊柱稳定性,以此为参考选择治疗方法对患者意义重大。本文选取2014年10月~2017年10月的胸腰椎骨折患者60例,损伤节段78处。术前行MRI检查,判定PLC损伤具体状况。术中观察记录PLC损伤程度。发现MRI评定棘间韧带、棘上韧带以及黄韧带损伤与手术病理检查结果基本相同,提示MRI可作为PLC损伤的首选诊断方法。 The stability of the thoracolumbar posterior column structure has become an important indicator to determine the stability of the spine, the choice of treatment methods and the overall assessment of prognosis. For the injury status of the posterior column ligament complex (PLC), X-ray and CT can only determine the injury through indirect methods such as translational malformation. A total of 60 patients with thoracolumbar fractures from October 2014 to October 2017 were selected for this study. 78 lesions were identified. Preoperative MRI examination was used to determine the specific status of PLC damage. The degree of PLC damage was recorded during the operation. Finding MRI to evaluate the interspinous ligament, supraspinous ligament and ligamentum flavum injury is basically consistent with the surgical exploration results, suggesting that MRI can be widely used to diagnose PLC injury.
