补肾和脉方加减对中老年单纯收缩期高血压病患者管壁僵硬度影响

Effect of Bushen Hemai Decoction on vascular stiffness in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension

目的:探讨补肾和脉方加减对中老年单纯收缩期高血压病患者管壁僵硬度影响。方法:选自我院于2017年3月～2018年3月期间收治的中老年单纯收缩期高血压病患者126例,随机分为观察组63例与对照组63例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合补肾和脉方甲减治疗。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗前后血压变化、脉搏传导速度和血管内皮舒张功能变化,及治疗疗效。结果:两组治疗后收缩压较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而舒张压无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组治疗后收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05),而舒张压比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后脉搏传导速度较治疗前降低,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后脉搏传导速度低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FMD较治疗前升高(P<0.05),而血管基础内径无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组治疗后FMD高于对照组(P<0.05),而血管基础内径比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾和脉方加减对中老年单纯收缩期高血压病患者疗效显著,且可降低患者管壁僵硬度,值得临床借鉴。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Bushen Hemai Decoction on the wall stiffness of middle-aged and elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.Methods：A total of 126 patients with middle and old systolic hypertension were selected from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital.According to the random table method,there were 63 cases in the observation group and 63 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Hemai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,pulse conduction velocity and endothelium-dependent vasodilation function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：The systolic pressure in the two groups was lower than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）,but the diastolic pressure was not significantly changed（P〉0.05）,and the systolic pressure in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,while the diastolic pressure was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the pulse conduction velocity of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）,and the pulse conduction velocity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.After two groups of treatment,FMD was higher than before treatment（P 〈0.05）,but there was no significant change in the diameter of vascular base（P〉0.05）,and FMD in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,but there was no statistical difference between the blood vessel base diameter（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group（93.65%）was higher than that of the control group（74.60%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Hemai Decoction is effective in treating isolated systolic hypertension in middle-aged and old patients,and can reduce the stiffness of patients’ tube wall,which is worthy of clinical reference.
