补肾调脾方对更年期综合征患者性激素、免疫功能和氧化应激的影响分析

Effect of Bushen Tiaopi Recipe on sex hormones,immune function and oxidative stress in patients with climacteric syndrome

目的:探讨补肾调脾方对更年期综合征患者性激素、免疫功能和氧化应激的影响,指导临床用药。方法:选择2016年5月～2017年5月我院妇科收治的140例更年期综合征患者,依据抽签法分为研究组和常规组,各70例。常规组给予莉芙敏治疗,研究组给予莉芙敏联合补肾调脾方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后性激素、瘦素、脂联素、氧化应激指标及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化。结果:两组患者治疗前性激素、T淋巴细胞亚群、瘦素、脂联素及氧化应激指标水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。经药物治疗12周后,两组性激素指标P水平升高,LH和FSH水平降低,且研究组P高于常规组,LH和FSH均低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组LP水平降低,APN水平升高,且研究组LP低于常规组,APN高于常规组(均P<0.05)。两组SOD水平升高,MDA水平降低,且研究组SOD高于常规组,MDA低于常规组(均P<0.05)。两组CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著升高,CD8^+水平显著下降,且研究组CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+均高于常规组,CD8^+细胞数低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调脾方能显著改善更年期综合征患者性激素水平,提高免疫功能,缓解氧化应激,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of Bushen Tiaopi Recipe on sex hormones,immune function and oxidative stress in patients with menopause syndrome,and to guide clinical medication.Methods：A total of 140 patients with menopausal syndrome who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into conventional group and study group according to the lottery method,70 cases in each group.The conventional group was given Li Fumin treatment,and the study group was given Lifu Min combined with Bushen Tiaopi Fang.The levels of sex hormones,leptin,adiponectin,oxidative stress and T lymphocyte subsetswere were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.Result：There was no significant difference in the levels of sex hormones,T lymphocyte subsets,leptin,adiponectin and oxidative stress before treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After 12 weeks of drug treatment,the level of sex hormone P increased and the levels of LH and FSH decreased in both groups.And the study group P was（21.89±2.29）nmol/L higher than the conventional group,and the LH and FSH were（4.28±0.43）IU/L and（4.91±0.50）IU/L respectively,which were lower than those in the conventional group（all P〈0.05）.The level of LP decreased and the level of APN increased in both groups.The levels of LP in the study group was（15.34±1.52）μg/L lower than that in the conventional group,and the levels of APN was（8.39±0.84）mg/L higher than that in the conventional group（all P〈0.05）.The level of SOD increased and MDA decreased in both groups.And the SOD in the study group was（33.27±3.29）U/L,which was higher than that in the conventional group,and the MDA was（12.47±1.25）nmol/mL,which was lower than that in the conventional group（all P〈0.05）.CD4~＋ and CD4~＋/CD8~＋ levels were significantly elevated in both groups,and CD8~＋ levels were significantly decreased.In the study group,CD4~＋ and CD4~＋/CD8~＋ were（28.87±2.69）% and（1.41±0.14）,respectively,higher than those in the conventional group,and the number of CD8~＋ cells was（21.05±2.23）% lower than the conventional group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Tiaopi can significantly improve sex hormone levels in climacteric syndrome patients and immune function,as well as relieve oxidative stress,thus improving treatment effects.
