强化心理护理对老年慢性病住院患者睡眠障碍与治疗效能感的影响

Observation on the Influence of Strengthening Psychological n Nursing for the Sleep Disorder and Therapeutic Efficacy of Elderly Inpatients with Chronic Disease

目的:观察强化心理护理对老年慢性病住院患者睡眠障碍与治疗效能感的影响程度。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年3月辽宁省军区丹东第一干休所卫生所收治的老年慢性病住院患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组进按照常规护理程序进行护理,观察组则在对照组基础上进行强化心理护理。比较2组护理前后的睡眠情况(AIS评分)及治疗效能感(GSES评分)。结果:护理前2组的AIS评分及GSES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组的评分持续改善,且观察组的评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化心理护理对老年慢性病住院患者睡眠障碍与治疗效能感的影响相对更好,在本类老年患者中具有更高的应用价值。

Objective： To observe the influence degree of strengthening psychological nursing for the sleep disorder and therapeutic efficacy of elderly inpatients with chronic disease. Methods： One hundred and twenty elderly inpatients with chronic disease in hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected for the study,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases. The control group were nursed with the nursing guided by routine nursing procedure,the observation group were taken care with strengthening psychological nursing on the nursing of control group. Then the sleep situation（ AIS score） and therapeutic efficacy（ GSES score） of two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results： The AIS score and GSES scoreof two groups before the nursing were compared,the differences were not significant（ P〈0. 05）,the scores of two groups after the nursing were continuously improved,and the scores of observation group were both better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The influence of strengthening psychological nursing for the sleep disorder and therapeutic efficacy of elderly inpatients with chronic disease are relatively better,and it has higher application value in these elderly patients.
