手术全期护理对甲状腺次全切除术患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Subtotal Thyroidectomy

目的:观察手术全期护理运用到甲状腺次全切除手术患者中,对患者的睡眠质量所产生的影响。方法:选出2015年2月至2017年1月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院接收并治疗的甲状腺次全切除手术患者106例,并依据不同护理方式分成对照组和观察组,对照组53例患者施以常规的护理,观察组53例患者施以手术全期护理,比照2组患者护理前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)总分与焦虑自评量表(SAS)总分、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)总分。结果:观察组患者的SDS总分与SAS总分、SRSS总分都好于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:手术全期护理运用到对甲状腺次全切除手术患者辅以护理后,能够促使患者的睡眠质量得以提升,还可以增强患者的生命质量,成效较优,值得医学领域的全方位推行与运用。

Objective： To observe the effect on sleep quality of patients with subtotal thyroidectomy treated with full operative nursing. Methods： Choose between February 2015 and January 2017 this period of time in our receiving and treatment of thyroid surgery patients with subtotal resection in 106 patients,and divided into two groups according to different nursing way,group one of 53 patients with routine nursing care,group two of 53 patients with full operative nursing,the total scores of depression self-rating scale（ SDS） and anxiety self-rating scale（ SAS）,sleep status self-rating scale（ SRSS） before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results： The total SDS score,SAS score and SRSS score of the patients in the group two were better than those patients in the group one,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Operation period nursing applied to all with thyroid surgery patients with subtotal resection after nursing,would help patients to improve sleep quality,still can enhance the patient＇s quality of life,has a better effect,it is worthy of comprehensive implementation and application in medical field.
