QCC护理模式对普外科术前患者治疗效能感及提升睡眠质量的效果研究

Effect of QCC Nursing Mode on Efficacy and Quality of Sleep in Department of General Surgery Patients Before Operation

目的:分析在普外科手术患者术前实施QCC护理模式,对患者治疗效能感的影响以及提升其睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年4月兰州大学第一医院收治的术前患者100例分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行基本护理,观察组行QCC护理,对比其结果。结果:护理前,2组普外科术前患者的治疗效能感评分与睡眠质量评分比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但护理后观察组的治疗效能感评分高于对照组、睡眠质量评分低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科手术患者术前实施QCC护理模式,可以提高其治疗效能感与睡眠质量,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of preoperative QCC care model on the efficacy of treatment and improve the quality of sleep in general surgical patients. Methods： The 100 preoperative patients admitted to our general surgery from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into two groups of A and B,with 50 cases in each group. A group of basic care,B group of QCC care,comparison of the results. Results： Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in efficacy scores and sleep quality scores between pre-surgery patients and pre-surgery patients（ P〈0. 05）. However,after treatment,the therapeutic efficacy score of group B was higher than that of group A and sleep. The quality score was lower than that of group A（ P〈0. 05）,which was statistically significant. Conclusion： The preoperative QCC nursing mode in general surgery patients can improve their therapeutic efficacy and sleep quality. The effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
