护理干预改善肾结石手术患者术后疼痛与睡眠状态的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Sleep Quality in Patients with Renal Calculi

目的:讨论护理干预改善肾结石手术患者术后疼痛与睡眠质量中的效果分析。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年1月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院肾结石手术患者80例,采用简单随机法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施护理干预,对2组患者(术后疼痛、SAS评分、睡眠效率、术后并发症)进行观察比较。结果:观察组患者的疼痛评分、SAS评分、睡眠效率明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组的37.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预在改善肾结石手术患者术后疼痛与睡眠质量中有良好的临床治疗效果,值得本院进行推广。

Objective： To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on improving postoperative pain and sleep quality of patients with renal calculi. Methods： 80 patients with kidney stone surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object. which were divided into routine group and observation group with simple random method. The routine group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing intervention. The postoperative pain,SAS scores,sleep efficiency and postoperative complications of two groups were observed. Results： The postoperative pain score,SAS score and sleep efficiency of the observation group were significantly better than those of the conventional group,has significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7. 5%,which was statistically lower than that in the conventional group（ 37. 5%）,has significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention has effective clinical effect in improving postoperative pain and sleep quality of patients with renal calculi surgery,and it is worthy of promotion in our hospital.
