神经内科睡眠障碍患者应用护理干预对其睡眠质量及血压的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Blood Pressure in Patients with Neurological Sleep Disorders

目的:观察神经内科睡眠障碍患者应用护理干预对其睡眠质量及血压的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月洛阳市中心医院神经内科收治的睡眠障碍患者63例,按照就诊顺序随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=32)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施护理干预。实施不同的护理措施后对2组患者睡眠质量以及血压情况进行比较。结果:护理前各指标间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采取护理干预后观察组睡眠质量以及血压情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科睡眠障碍患者应用护理干预对其睡眠质量及血压的影响颇深,值得临床采纳。

Objective： To observe the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and blood pressure in patients with neurological sleep disorders. Methods： The sample time of this study was controlled from January 2017 to June2018. The sample size was 63 patients who underwent neurology in luoyang central hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 32） and control according to the order of treatment. Group（ n = 31）,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was implemented with nursing intervention. After different nursing measures were implemented,the sleep quality and blood pressure of the two groups were compared. Results： There was no difference between the indexes before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. After the nursing intervention,the sleep quality and blood pressure of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of nursing intervention in patients with neurological sleep disorders has a profound impact on sleep quality and blood pressure,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
