护理干预对肺结核患者心理状态、睡眠质量的影响及临床价值分析

Value Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Psychological State and Sleep Quality of Patients With Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:在肺结核患者治疗过程中给予护理干预,分析探讨对其心理状态和睡眠质量的影响价值。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年2月丹阳市人民医院收治的肺结核患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实行护理干预,比较2组患者的心理状态和睡眠质量。结果:在护理后,观察组的心理状态和睡眠质量评分均优于对照组,组间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肺结核患者,在其治疗过程中给予护理干预措施,有助于缓解患者的不良情绪,改善患者的生活,值得临床上推广运用。

Objective： To provide nursing intervention in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and analyze the impact on their psychological state and sleep quality. Methods： From February 2017 to February 2018,200 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in Danyang People＇s Hospital were selected and divided into two groups. A group of conventional nursing was used as the control group. A group of nursing intervention was used as the observation group. The psychological state and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing,the mental status and sleep quality scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,nursing intervention measures in the course of treatment can help to relieve the bad mood of the patients and improve the life of the patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
