优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention to the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function and Improve the Sleep Quality in the Gastric Cancer Patients after Surgery

目的:探讨优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年5月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院肿瘤二科收治的胃癌手术患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理干预方案,观察组在此基础上行优质护理干预,观察比较2组患者恢复情况、睡眠质量和护理满意度情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组首次排气时间、恢复饮食时间较早,住院时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理3 d前观察组睡眠质量评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理7 d后2组患者睡眠质量明显改善,且观察组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胃癌患者术后护理中,优质护理干预效果理想,利于患者胃功能恢复,并改善其睡眠质量,推荐推广。

Objective： Observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention to the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the sleep quality in the gastric cancer patients after surgery. Methods： A total of 76 cases were selected form May 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital who were diagnosed as gastric cancer and after surgery treatment,then randomly divided all the patients into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group. The control group treated with usual nursing intervention and the observation group treated with high-quality nursing intervention on basis of control group,and compare the recovery,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of this two groups. Results： Compared with the control group,The observation group had earlier initial exhaust time,early diet recovery time and shorter hospitalization time,has significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; Compared the sleep quality score with the control group in the early 3 days,has no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,Compared the sleep quality score with the control group after 7 days,the patients sleep quality has improved in these 2 groups,and the score in the observation group is lower than the control group,has significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,has significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Results： In the postoperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer,the effect of quality nursing intervention is ideal,which is conducive to the recovery of gastric function,improvement of sleep quality,and it is worthy of the clinical using.
