两当号子在"川、楚"文化基础上,吸收了陕、甘、川音乐文化元素,相互碰撞、融合,形成了一套完整的号子体系,曲调成熟而完整,调式及曲式结构严谨,表现力丰富。本文通过两当号子中最具代表性的《万年华》这首号子,剖析其音乐艺术特征和演唱特点,旨在论述两当号子有别于其他地区号子的显著特征和特色优势及保护、传承并弘扬两当号子的历史意义和现实价值。

Based on “Sichuan and Chu” culture, the trumpet of Liangdang absorbed the musical and cultural elements of Shaanxi, Gansu and Sichuan, collided and fused one another, and formed a complete set of trumpet system. The tune is mature and complete, and the style and musical structure are rigorous and expressive. This paper analyzes the musical and artistic features and singing characteristics of Liangdang＇s Trumpet through the most representative melody Wannianhua to discuss its distinctive features and special advantages which is different from those of other regions. Moreover, the historical significance and practical value of protecting, inheriting and developing Liangdang＇s Trumpet should be deeply understood.
