浅谈民办高校青年党员教师的先锋模范作用

A Brief Discussion on the Pioneering and Exemplary Role of Young Party Member Teachers in Private Colleges

民办高校青年党员教师作为党员队伍的重要组成部分,拥有中共党员和人民教师双重身份,是民办高校党建工作顺利开展的重要力量。因此,青年党员教师能否在日常工作和学习中充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用就显得极其重要。本文通过阐述发挥民办高校青年党员教师先锋模范作用的重要性、发挥先锋模范作用的过程中存在的问题以及产生问题的原因等方面进行了深刻的思考并在不断思索的过程中获得了相应的解决对策,以促进民办高校党员教师先锋模范作用的长效发展。

As an important part of Party members, young Partymember teachers of private colleges have the dual status of theCommunist Party members and the people＇s teachers, acting asan important force for the smooth development of the Party build-ing work in private colleges. Therefore, it is extremely importantfor young Party member teachers to give full play to the pioneer-ing and exemplary role of Party members in their daily work andstudy. This paper profoundly elaborates the problems existing ingiving play to young Party member teachers＇ pioneering and ex-emplary role, and proposes the corresponding solutions, in orderto promote the long-term development of the pioneering and ex-emplary role of Party member teachers in private colleges.
