General Secretary Xi emphasized in the conference onideological and political education in colleges and universitiesthat the professional ability and level of students＇ ideological andpolitical education should constantly be improved. As the corestrength of ideological and political education in colleges and u-niversities, the level of counselors＇ professional ability is directlyrelated to the effect of ideological and political education in col-leges and universities. ＂Workshop＂ and ＂studio＂ are effectiveways to enhance vocational ability based on learning organizationtheory. It is an effective way to improve the counselors＇ profes-sional ability that innovating and developing ＂workshop ＋ studio＂model, relying on the ＂workshop＂ to improve the basic skills ofthe counselors, helping whom to choose the direction of special-ization and form a professional echelon.
