摘要
心理账户是由芝加哥大学行为科学教授、心理学家理查德·萨勒于1980年首次提出的,它揭示了人们在进行经济决策时的心理认知过程。我国关于心理账户理论的研究开始较晚,直到21世纪初国内一些学者才开始关注心理账户这一新兴领域。本文运用心理账户的概念从四个方面分析了人力资源管理的策略方法,为未来心理账户的研究提供了新的思路。
The mental accounting was first proposed by the psy-chologist Richard Thaler of the University of Chicago in 1980. Itreveals the psychological cognitive process of people making eco-nomic decisions. Our study on mental accounting theory startedlate, until the beginning of the 21stcentury, some scholars in Chi-na began to pay attention to the emerging field of mental account-ing. This paper uses the concept of mental accounting to analyzethe strategic methods of human resource management from fouraspects, and provides a new way of thinking for the future re-search of mental accounting.
