食管鳞癌细胞中程序性细胞死亡因子4与核转录因子的表达 被引量:2

Expression of Programmed Cell Death Factor 4 and Nuclear Transcription Factor in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)与核转录因子(NF-κB)在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用免疫组化Evision法检测PDCD4、NF-κB在58例食管鳞癌组织及配对癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中的表达,分析PDCD4、NF-κB在食管鳞癌中的表达与临床病理参数的关系、食管鳞癌组织中PDCD4及NF-κB表达的关系。结果:PDCD4蛋白在食管鳞癌细胞中的阳性率低于正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01); NF-κB蛋白在食管鳞癌中的阳性率高于正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01);在食管鳞癌中,PDCD4的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P <0. 01),NF-κB表达与淋巴结转移及浸润深度有关(P <0. 01); PDCD4与NF-κB在食管鳞癌中的表达无相关性(P> 0. 05)。结论:PDCD4与NF-κB的异常表达可能与食管鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of programmed cell death factor 4 (PDCD4) and nuclear transcription factor (NF-κB) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods: Expression of PDCD4 and NF-κ B in 58 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal esophageal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical Evision. The relationship between the expression of PDCD4 and NF-κB in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and clinicopathological parameters, and the expression of PDCD4 and NF-κB in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of PDCD4 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.01). The positive rate of NF-κB protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissue, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.01). In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, expression of PDCD4 was associated with lymph node metastasis ( P 〈0.01), and expression of NF-κB was related to lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion ( P 〈0.01). There was no correlation between the expression of PDCD4 and NF-κB in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of PDCD4 and NF-κB is closely related to the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
