浅谈慢性前列腺炎对男性不育的影响

Talking about the Relationship between Chronic Prostatitis and Male Infertility

男性不育症是泌尿男科的常见病,多年来临床上对本病的诊疗上有诸多的困难。其发病机制尚未完全明确,病因复杂。常见的病因有精液异常、泌尿生殖系统感染、性功能障碍、精索静脉曲张等等。慢性前列腺炎又是泌尿男科的疑难杂病,一般学者认为本病与男性不育症有着密切的关系,笔者通过查阅相关文献及结合临床体会,从慢性前列腺炎和男性不育症之间的关系进行综述。

Male infertility was a male urological diseases.There are a lot of difficulties in clinical diagnosisof the disease for mang years.Its pathogenesis was not fully clear,caused of disease complicacy.There weremany common cause like Abnormal semen Urinary system infection ED Varicocele and so on.Chronicprostatitis also was male urinary difficulty miscellaneous disease,chronic general scholars believe that thedisease had close relationship with male intertitity.The author through the consult literature and clinicalexperience,from the relationship between Chronic prostatitis and Male infertility have been reviewed.
