摘要
为深化教育教学改革,南通大学深入开展"全员全程、合作协同"大学生实践创新能力培养模式的探索。在系统设计上,学校构建"面向全体"的创新人才培养体制,建立"贯穿全程"的实践创新课程体系,深化"校企合作"实践育人载体建设,优化"协同管理"实践创新保障机制。在实践中,学校重点搭建"四层三维"学科竞赛平台,构建"国家、省、校"三级创新训练体系,探索多样化的"校企合作"创新人才培养模式,打造"全程闭环"毕业设计(论文)管理和监控体系,实现了多方面的创新。
To foster college students innovative ability, Nantong University has carried out the exploration of training college students innovation abilities with all-staff's full-course collaboration. In the process, it has built a talent training system oriented towards all staff and a curriculum system throughout the whole process. It has deepened the cooperation between school and enterprises and optimized the cooperative management mechanism to ensure innovation practices. The university focuses on building a "four-layer" and "three-dimensional" discipline competition platform, establishing the innovation training system from national, provincial, and school levels. It has also explored various channels to promote school and enterprises cooperation, and created a full course supervision of students' graduation design or thesis.
