Exploration on Design Thinking Oriented Innovative Talents Cultivation Pattern: Take Tongji-Huangpu School of Design and Innovation as an Example

设计思维是创新思维的一种表现形式,是一种能够为学生提供未来生活的"导航工具"。上海市同济黄浦设计创意中学通过整合拓展型课程与研究型课程,构建了以设计思维为导向的创新型课程。学校通过采取以学生为中心的教学策略,构建能促进学生差异化发展的评价体系,高中与大学教育紧密衔接的合作模式及联动社区、服务社区的实践形态,走出一条创新人才培养的新路。

Design thinking is a form of innovative thinking, a ＂navigation tool＂ serving for students＇ future lives. By integrating extended courses and investigative courses, Tongji-Huangpu School of Design and Innovation has developed a design thinking oriented innovative course. The school has always adopted a student-centered approach and created an evaluation system encouraging differentiated development of students. Besides, the school aims to provide students with community service awareness as well as a smooth transition from high school to college, so as to create a new path to innovative talents cultivation.
