Shiqi Middle School in Panyu Distict in Guangzhou has come up with a principle of education ＂caring nurture, rich culture and promising future＂, on account of its reflection on education goal and education mode, as well as the research on general characters of common school students. Under the guidance of the principle, aiming for quality education, the school has optimized its administration and teaching, gathered more education talents, promoted curriculum reform, and improved students＇ evaluation system, which greatly contributed to its sustainable quality and characteristic development.
