“培养完全人格、作育未来人才”理念的再认识及其实践

摘要 "培养完全人格、作育未来人才"办学理念体现了长沙市实验中学对学校创始人曾宝荪先生"培养完全人格"教育理想的继承和发展。新的时期,长沙实验中学在完全人格教育实践中强调以下两方面:一是坚持面向人人,尊重个性和差异;二是坚持面向未来培养人的关键能力。围绕这两方面,学校从文化建设、课程教学等层面进行改革、探索,逐步提升了人才培养质量。 The school-running concept of "cultivating full personality and future talents" embodies the inheritance and development of the educational ideal of "cultivating full personality" by Zeng Baosun who was the founder of Changsha Experimental High School. In the new period, Changsha Experimental High School emphasizes the following two aspects in the practice of complete personality education. On the one hand, insist on facing everyone and respect difference of personality, on the other hand, adhere to the key capabilities cultivation of future talents. Focusing on these two aspects, the school has carried out reform and exploration from cultural construction, curriculum teaching and other aspects, and gradually improved the quality of talents training.
