基于ZigBee和LabVIEW的矿山电力谐波在线监测系统设计

摘要 针对传统矿山电力谐波监测系统的不足,设计了基于ZigBee无线传感器网络和LabVIEW虚拟仪器的有色金属矿山电力谐波在线监测系统。系统利用安装于矿山供配电系统的ZigBee节点采集关键点谐波数据。监测信息通过工业以太网传送至监控主机,主机的LabVIEW软件实现数据存储与处理,并为监控人员提供供电系统电力谐波实时信息。现场测试结果表明本系统运行稳定,具有较好实用价值与推广价值。 In view of the shortcomings of traditional mine power harmonic monitoring system, a power harmonic on-line monitoring system for non-ferrous metal mines is designed based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and LabVIEW virtual instrument. The system uses the ZigBee node, which is installed in the mine power supply and distribution system, to collect the key point harmonic data. Monitoring information is transmitted to the monitoring host through industrial Ethernet. The host's LabV1EW software realizes data storage information monitoring pe the system ru and processing, and provides real-time of power supply system harmonic for rsonnel. The results of field test show that ns steadily, and has good practical value and popularization value
