经济新常态下我国渔民增收问题的分析与思考

Analysis and thought on the Chinese fishermen income under the background of the new normal

论文利用渔民家庭收支数据及其相关数据,对我国渔民收入问题进行分析。结果发现,我国渔民家庭人均纯收入逐年增长但增速有所下降,渔民、农民、城镇居民的收入差距逐步扩大,经营渔业收入是渔民家庭收入的主要来源,渔民收入水平有明显区域差异;水产品价格、水产品产量、渔业生产成本、税收负担、受教育程度、城镇化率对渔民收入影响显著。最后,提出通过调整渔业结构、加强渔业品牌建设、强化成本控制、发展特色渔村、培养新型渔民等途径增加渔民收入。

Based on statistics of fishermen household income and expenditure in China, we analyse the income status of fishermen and related influence factors. And the result showed that,fishermen income increases with annual increasing rate decreasing year by year, the income differences among fishermen, farmer and urban residents enlarged during past several years. Besides,with the income mostly coming from fishing, fishermen income existed significant regional difference. Fishermen income were influenced by aquatic product price, quantity, cost, taxation,fishermen education level and relevant urbanization rate. Finally, we proposed several approaches including industrial structure adjusting, brand building, cost controlling, characteristic fishing village developing, fishermen cultivating to increase income of fishermen in China.
