广西石漠化贫困地区渔业发展现状问题与对策

Present issues and their countermeasures of fishery development in the poor stony desertification area of Guangxi Autonomous Region

论文采用函调、座谈和现场调研方式,全面收集广西石漠化贫困地区渔业主产业布局情况、产业发展中的主要问题以及产业需求等资料与信息,通过归纳分析,详细阐述了广西石漠化贫困地区渔业发展现状,并从资金、技术、环境、种业建设等方面探讨了制约地区渔业发展的关键问题,针对性地提出了筹集加大渔业发展资金、因地制宜开展特色种养技术示范、加大科技力量投入、培植发展经济合作组织和龙头企业等促进广西石漠化贫困地区渔业可持续发展的对策和建议,为"十三五"广西"精准扶贫"工作提供参考。

The overall data and information concerning fishery industry layout, major issues of fishery industry development and industry requirements were collected from the poor stony desertification area of Guangxi Autonomous Region by letters, talks or investigations on the spot.current situations of fishery development in the poor stony desertification area of Guangxi Autonomous Region were explicitly elaborated. The key issues inhibiting regional fishery development were discussed from several aspects including investment, technology, environment and seed industry. Accordingly, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the sustainable fishery development of the area and provide reference for the poverty elimination in the poor stony desertification area during the thirteenth Five-Year Plan Period, such as raising and increasing funds, demonstrating characterized culture techniques according to the circumstances,inputting more science and technology strength, fostering the leading enterprises, and so on.
