“三轴图”视角下的湛江市海洋产业结构演进研究

The research on the evolution of marine industry structure in Zhanjiang city under the view of the three-axis diagram

湛江市作为广东省唯一一个海洋经济创新发展示范城市,其海洋产业的发展得到了前所未有的重视。全文基于"三轴图"法,引用湛江市2005-2015年海洋三次产业的数据,对湛江市海洋产业结构的演进规律进行了实证分析,通过分析得知,湛江市海洋产业一直处于第二产业为主导,海洋第三产业协同发展的"二三一"格局,海洋第三产业依旧薄弱。湛江市需要继续强化海洋第二产业的发展,同时加快海洋第三产业发展的步伐,做到"取长补短、强长补短、依长补短",这样才能加速拉动全市经济的发展。

As the only model city for Marine economic innovation and development in guangdong province, zhanjiang city has received unprecedented attention to the development of its Marine industry. Based on the method of ＂three-axis map＂, the evolution law of marine industry structure in Zhanjiang was made empirical analysis. The result showed that marine industry structure in Zhanjiang showed the pattern of ＂two-three-one＂, the tertiary industry was still weak. Marine industry structure in Zhanjiang need to continue to strengthen the development of the second industry,accelerate the development of Marine tertiary industry at the same time.
