摘要
为了判断轮式拖拉机安全保护装置结构的稳定性和可靠性,依据GB/T 19498—2004和GB/T 1591—2008试验方法及规定,建立某型号轮式拖拉机安全架的样机几何模型,应用MIDAS软件进行纵向和侧向加载有限元分析,在此基础上进行样机静强度试验,验证了分析模型的准确性和有效性,指导并改进了安全架系列产品的设计,实现了产品结构优化并节约了成本。
In order to judge the stability and reliability of safety frame structure for wheeled tractors, established the security frame prototype geometric model according to the method and rule specified by GB/T 19498--2004 and GB/T 1591--2008, applied with MIDAS software for longitudinal and lateral loading finite element analysis, then analyzed the static strength of the prototype, verified the accuracy and effectiveness of analysis model, guided and improved the series of products design of security frame, realized the optimization of product structure, saved the cost and improved the competitiveness of enterprise.
