某无人机机翼压载变形有限元分析与光学测试 被引量:1

摘要 利用ANSYS软件建立了某无人机机翼的全尺寸模型,对其开展有限元分析。模型边界条件采用非线性接触算法,着重研究了算法类型、法向刚度因子及穿透容差对迭代次数和模型刚度的影响。设计了基于三维数字图像相关(3DDIC)技术的试验装置,对机翼压载的变形过程进行直接追踪。分析结果表明:数值模拟与测试结果吻合,所建立的有限元模型合理。最后计算得到蒙皮及机翼内部组件的应力分布,为无人机设计改型提供了有益参考。 A full-scale ANSYS model of one UAV wing was developed to carry out Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Nonlinear contact algorithm was performed to mainly study the effects of algorithm types with different normal stiffness factors and penetration tolerances on the iteration number and the model stiffness. Deformation process of the wing under a compressive loading condition was directly investigated by using the Three-Dimensional Digital Image Correlation(3D-DIC) technique. The numerical results agree well with experimental measurements, showing that the finite element model is rational. Finally, the stress distributions of wing skin and internal components were predicted ,which provided a beneficial reference for further modifications.
