摘要
蒙乃尔作为一种镍铜合金,被广泛应用于航空航天等领域,而电解加工因其性能优良,在此种高温合金孔型结构加工方面具有独特优势。为了提高电解加工精度、改善加工稳定性,对电解液的研究越来越受到重视。对蒙乃尔材料进行了动电位极化曲线测试,通过对极化曲线的分析选取了电解液主要成份及其配比,并且利用工艺实验引入络合剂,提高了电解加工精度及稳定性。
As a kind of nickel-copper alloy, Monel has been widely used in aviation and space industries, and Electrochemical Machining(ECM) has unique advantages in porous structures machining of this high-temperature alloy because of its excellent properties. In order to improve the accuracy and stability of ECM, studies about electrolyte have been paid increasing attention. Trough the test of potentiodynamie polarization curves of Monel material, the composition and the proportion of the electrolyte are chosen by analyzing the polarization curves. Then validates experimentally on the effect of the complex reagent to enhance the machining precision and stability of ECM.
