双重螺旋法加工的螺旋锥齿轮副动力学分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对某对汽车传动系统中的螺旋锥齿轮副,基于双重螺旋法切齿加工原理建立了其精确的三维几何模型。采用ABAQUS软件对齿轮副进行了模态分析,得到了前30阶固有频率和振型。采用ADAMS软件对其进行了振动特性分析,得到了齿轮副在不同载荷与转速下的振动响应。仿真结果表明:齿轮副的固有频率较高,一般的激励难以达到,但当小轮转速在3 800 r/min左右时,啮合频率与一阶固有频率接近,仍可能发生共振,应当避免;相同转速下,载荷越大,振动加速度幅值反而越小;相同载荷下,转速越高,振动加速度振幅越大。研究为螺旋锥齿轮的优化设计提供参考依据。 A accurate three-dimensional model of spiral bevel gears for automobile is established according to the cutting principle of duplex helical method. The modal analysis is carried out by using ABAQUS, and the natural frequencies and mode shapes in different orders are obtained. The dynamic characteristic under different loads and speed of the gear pair is simulated by ADAMS. The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the gear pair is so high that it' s difficult to achieve. When the speed of pinion is about 3 800 r/min,the meshing frequency is closed to the first order natural frequency,and the resonance may occur, which should be avoided. Under the same speed, the heavier the load, the smaller the amplitude of vibration acceleration. Under the same load, the higher the speed, the greater the amplitude of vibration acceleration. This study can provide reference for the optimal design of spiral bevel gears.
