高职物流专业仓配客创一体化产教融合模式探讨

Discussion on Innovation Model of Industry-Education Integration for Integration of Warehousing-Distribution-Customer Service and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Logistics Major

在十九大提出"深化产教融合、校企合作"和"大众创业,万众创新"的政策背景下,结合新零售和共享经济的时代热点,为解决企业仓配客一体化和当前高职院校产教融合的需求,提出仓配客创一体化的创新校企合作模式。该模式通过在学校建立校内产业园,实现仓储、配送、客户服务、创新创业产业链式产教融合,以期实现学生、企业、学校、教师多赢的效果。

“Deepeningindustry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation” which was put forward by the 19th people s congress and based on the policy background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,combining the hot spots of new retail and sharing economy,the paper presents an innovative school-enterprise cooperation model：integration of warehousing and distribution,customer-serviceand entrepreneurship which is to solve the demand of enterprise s warehouse-distribution-customer service and entrepreneurship integration and the demand of industry-education integration of higher vocational colleges. The new model aims tobuild an industrial park torealize warehousing, distribution, customer-service and the industry-education integration of innovation and entrepreneurship industry chainwhich is to have win-win results for students, enterprises, schools and teachers.
